My report summaries are clear and concise, they are easily accessible both online and in .PDF format.  The summaries highlight immediate any safety concerns and major defects that may be present at the time of inspection.

The full reports are detailed and informative, and help the homeowner with the task of maintaining their new home.  I provide the clients with a print copy of, “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection”, a manual that provides accurate and useful information in regard to the maintenance of a residential building.
