When Longmont homebuyers are looking for a home inspector, they want to hire someone with experience, who knows what they’re doing, and who has the proper equipment to provide them with a thorough and detailed home inspection.
People are often surprised to learn that the state of Colorado has no licensing or certification requirements to become a home inspector- this is why I chose to be certified through InterNACHI as a Certified Professional Inspector. InterNACHI is the world’s largest professional organization of home inspectors and is the only organization whose continuing education classes are certified by the Department of Education. To receive the designation of Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), InterNACHI requires that the inspector pass a detailed test of general home inspection knowledge. Additionally, to maintain the designation of a CPI, there is a minimum requirement of Continuing Education courses that must be completed annually.
As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I can guarantee that your home inspection will meet or exceed the InterNACH Standards of Practice in all areas of the inspection. My goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase of a home in Longmont for years to come.
